1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 3dgenz ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the 3dgenz website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

To register and maintain an Account with 3dgenz, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. 3dgenz operates in accordance with Indonesian legal standards and strictly prohibits minors from accessing gaming services. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Residency Requirement

You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Our services are specifically designed for the Indonesian market, and we do not accept registrations from individuals residing outside Indonesia or using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You are not prohibited by law, regulation, or court order from using online gaming services. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3.4 Single Account Limitation

Each individual is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

3.5 Employment Restriction

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of 3dgenz or any of its game providers are not eligible to register or maintain accounts. This restriction is in place to prevent conflicts of interest and maintain the integrity of our gaming operations.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred account currency (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR). You must create a secure password meeting minimum security standards (at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters).

4.2 Identity Verification

3dgenz is required to verify the identity of all users to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Upon registration and periodically thereafter, we may request the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian Identity Card)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP for biometric verification

Your Account may be restricted until satisfactory verification documents are provided. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to ensure account security and regulatory compliance.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. You must immediately notify 3dgenz if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified us of a security concern and we have had reasonable time to act upon such notification.

4.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up-to-date. You must promptly update your account details if your contact information, address, or payment methods change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

3dgenz accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name matching your 3dgenz Account registration. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally range from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day based on your VIP tier and account history. You may request limit adjustments through customer support, subject to enhanced verification procedures.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM WIB). E-wallet deposits are usually instant. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays until the next business day. 3dgenz does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses, your payment method must be registered in your name, and you must not have any pending disputes or investigations. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day. Processing times are typically 3-10 minutes during peak banking hours (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM WIB) and may extend to 1-4 hours during overnight periods. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000; maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms General

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives offered by 3dgenz are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with all associated requirements including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 25x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus means you must place bets totaling Rp 25,000,000 before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk (such as betting on all outcomes of an event), and any other activities deemed by 3dgenz to be undertaken in bad faith or to exploit promotional offers. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and potentially your entire account balance, plus permanent account closure.

6.4 Bonus Disputes

3dgenz reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if we determine that the terms have been violated, if the account is suspected of fraudulent activity, or if an error occurred in awarding the bonus. All decisions regarding bonus disputes are final and binding.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or withdrawn. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details before confirmation. 3dgenz is not liable for any bets placed in error by the User, though we may exercise discretion to void bets in exceptional circumstances involving obvious system errors.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting including football (bandar bola), basketball, badminton, and other sports, all bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant sports governing body or league. If a match is postponed, bets typically remain valid if the event is played within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided. For mix parlay (accumulator bets), all selections must win for the bet to pay out; if any selection is void, it is removed from the parlay and odds are recalculated.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

Live casino games are governed by the rules published by the game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, etc.). Slot games use certified random number generators (RNG) and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. If a game malfunctions, all affected bets are voided, and stakes are returned to player accounts.

7.4 Togel and Traditional Games

For togel (Indonesian lottery games) and sabung ayam (cockfighting), all results are final as announced by the official draw or match outcome. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the result publication, after which all settlements are considered final.

7.5 Maximum Payouts

3dgenz reserves the right to impose maximum daily, weekly, or per-bet payout limits. These limits vary by game type, bet type, and your VIP tier. Current maximum payout limits are published in the Platform's terms section and may be updated periodically.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identification, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including soft play, chip dumping, or sharing account information.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or play games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms or taking advantage of delayed odds updates.
• System Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage or unauthorized access.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after funds have been wagered or lost.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other players, posting offensive content, or engaging in any behavior that disrupts the Platform community.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating fraudulent or illegal activities.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by Company

3dgenz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; you engage in any prohibited activity; you fail KYC verification procedures; we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity; you provide false or misleading information; or we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon suspension, you will not be able to access your Account or withdraw funds pending investigation.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, you must withdraw all remaining balance (subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses). Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you must register a new Account if you wish to use 3dgenz services in the future.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. We may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with remaining balances. Accounts inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be permanently closed with forfeiture of remaining balance.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, 3dgenz does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or error-free. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, technical issues, or errors that prevent you from placing bets or accessing your Account. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs without prior notice.

10.2 Third-Party Providers

3dgenz partners with third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service providers. We are not responsible for errors, outages, or issues caused by these third parties. All claims related to third-party games must be directed to the respective game provider.

10.3 Financial Losses

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. 3dgenz is not liable for any losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and for managing your bankroll responsibly.

10.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 3dgenz makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10.5 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3dgenz's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Platform is operated from Indonesia and is intended for use by Indonesian residents.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 3dgenz customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

11.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Indonesia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

3dgenz reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, platform notification, or prominent notice on the website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3dgenz regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
